To strengthen our international Operations team, we are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate (Freelance) based in Poland. In this role, you will support the execution and monitoring of online market research projects, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and contribute to the successful delivery of research studies for clients in various industries.
This freelance opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical experience in digital operations and market research while working in a flexible, international environment. The expected workload is approximately 163 hours per month under a B2B cooperation model.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage online surveys and panel sample distribution
- Monitor project progress and ensure high-quality execution
- Assess feasibility and sampling requirements for research projects
- Coordinate closely with international operations and client teams
- Manage project timelines and operational workflows independently
- Ensure data quality and process consistency across studies
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, sociology, business, statistics or related disciplines)
- Very good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Native Polish language skills
- German skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Very good MS Excel skills; SPSS knowledge is a plus
- First experience in operations, research, or project support is beneficial
- Freelance (B2B) collaboration in an international environment
