Talk Online Panel operates in 25 countries, delivering market research excellence through its panel communities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate based in the Czech Republic to support our projects hands-on.

Your Responsibilities

Set up and manage online surveys and dispatch invitations to panelists
Monitor live projects and ensure their smooth progression and successful completion
Evaluate project feasibility and assess sampling requirements
Collaborate closely with operations and client teams across Europe
Independently manage project plans, timelines, and priorities
Communicate confidently with Czech clients and partners (knowledge of Slovak is fully sufficient)

Your Profile

University degree in a relevant field (e.g. sociology, statistics, business administration, economics, or a technical discipline)
Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level)
Czech or Slovak language skills (minimum C1 level)
Strong attention to detail and a reliable, structured working style
Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with SPSS is an advantage
Team-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
First practical experience through internships, student jobs, or university projects is a plus
