Take ownership of client communication and commercial processes. From first request to final booking, you ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient experience.

• Be the main point of contact for our clients in Bulgaria

• Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers

• Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and research teams

• Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure recurring business

• Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts

• Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM

• Bring your fluency in Bulgarian and English to deliver excellent client service

• Apply your organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once

• Use your background in research, marketing, business, or similar to add value

• Learn fast on the job—even if this is your first client-facing role

• Salary range: €1,400 – €1,700 gross/month depending on qualifications and experience
