Talk Online Panel operates in 25 countries, delivering market research excellence through its panel communities. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our projects hands-on.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set up and manage online surveys and dispatch invitations to panelists
• Monitor live projects and ensure smooth progression and completion
• Evaluate project feasibility and assess sampling needs
• Perform quality checks and assist with online questionnaire scripting
• Conduct basic data handling and simple analyses
• Collaborate closely with our operations and client teams across Europe
• Apply project plans and timelines independently and reliably
• Communicate confidently with Czech clients (knowledge of Slovak is fully sufficient)

What you bring:

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, statistics, business, or technical studies)
• Excellent English skills (C1 minimum)
• Czech or Slovak language skills (C1 level)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in execution
• Familiarity with MS Excel and SPSS
• Team spirit and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
