Talk Online Panel is growing — and we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, sales strategy, and panel operations.
Among our other services, we host and manage custom research panels and communities for clients across industries, and we’re looking for a Client Success & Panel Solutions who can own these relationships end-to-end: from understanding client goals, to internal coordination, to ensuring we deliver value, quality, and long-term satisfaction.
 
About the Role 
As the Client Success & Panel Solutions Manager, you’ll be the key contact for clients who trust us to host, grow, and manage their proprietary research panels.
Your mission:
To build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable solutions — all while thinking commercially and coordinating internally with our project, tech, legal, and support teams.

What You’ll Do 
  • Own the client relationship: Be the trusted voice and advisor for hosted panel clients — from onboarding through long-term partnership.
  • Drive panel successUnderstand each client’s goalspropose solutions, and coordinate all moving parts — recruitment, support, email templatesdata delivery.
  • Think commercially: Always keep upselling, retention, and growth opportunities in mind; identify when to pitch enhancements or new services.
  • Coordinate across teams: Act as the internal hub between salesproject managementtech, legal, and support.
  • Ensure complianceUnderstand and communicate key GDPR and data handling principles to clients, and coordinate with our legal experts when needed.
  • Report & improve: Keep tabs on performance, satisfaction, and service quality — suggest improvements and monitor client KPIs.
 
What You Bring 
  • 3+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., account managementcustomer successproject coordination)
  • Proven experience working with B2B clientsideally in research, SaaS, or digital services
  • sales mindset — you see opportunities, not just tasks
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data compliance principles in a client service context
  • General understanding on the different parts required in setting up and managing online portals or communities, along with the technology that comes along with it (e.g. in the area of publishing, or from Apps, Gaming or other similar areas)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both are must; other European languages are a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
  • Comfortable translating client goals into internal tasks and timelines
 
Nice to Have 
  • Experience in panel managementresearch operationsor digital recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM toolsdashboardsor ticketing systems
  • Exposure to contractual discussions or client onboarding processes
  • Experience with the Creation of Slides or Documents to convey Roadmaps, Concepts and Project Status to clients.
