Mid-Level UX Specialist (Latvia preferred, also select locations in Europe)

About the position and our company
We're seeking a talented mid-level UX Specialist to join our team in creating exceptional user experiences for our business software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to enhance our product's usability and user satisfaction.
You would
  • Lead user research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and behavior analysis
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business requirements
  • Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across our platform
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and accessibility audits
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
You can
  • At least 2 years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through user-centered design
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • We are ideally looking for a candidate based in Riga, Latvia,  our main developer hub.  We would be open to applications also from our secondary office locations in Hungary, Serbia and Bosnia.
