Reppublika is a leading SaaS company dedicated to pushing innovation in the market research, ad tech and data management sectors. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team. Locations preferred are Vienna, Athens, Sarajevo, Budapest, Riga as well as locations within the European Union.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of post-graduate work experience, with a strong background in data analysis and machine learning. The role involves direct client interaction, so excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently are essential.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within cross-functional teams to define and execute data-driven projects that meet client objectives.
Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and develop predictive models to optimize advertising campaigns.
Lead end-to-end project management, from scoping and planning to implementation and delivery.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, quantitative Social Sciences or similar.
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles.
Proficiency in languages such as Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Experience with SQL/databases, individual level and behavioral data, cloud computing (preferably AWS) as well as statistical methods (such as weighting, regressions or significant testing) would be an advantage.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in the media/ad tech industry is highly desirable.
Professional level English proficiency; German language skills would be an advantage.
